Energetic Completion 2020
It is very easy with the hustle and bustle of life (particularly at Christmas) to forget to complete energetically. There is always another shiny, bright thing to catch our attention and encourage us to take chase. In our journey of seeking ‘the better’, sometimes we forget to acknowledge what has been, what we have learnt and realise how far we have come.
When we leave experiences incomplete, it is easy to drag the remnants of our thoughts and feelings from the past into new endeavours….. How many times have you found yourself in the midst of a disagreement (with yourself or another) where one disappointment conjures up feelings of inadequacy or frustration and before you know it, in your mind you have added inadequacies and frustrations from other situations, landing one on top of another, spiralling down a rabbit hole, not nearly as glamorous as Alice’s and landing in a big, fat, miserable heap, judging and damning yourself or someone else? - This is just one example.
Many people have lamented 2020 and shared their desire to step into 2021 where they think it will be better……but what makes it better??……You make it better!! You make it better through connection with yourself, clarity of vision and strength & courage to take action in support of your vision.
I would normally advocate Energetic Completion at this time of year, but this year is even more important. We have experienced world wide upheaval and a great deal of fear has travelled around the globe. We do not need to get caught in this wave of fear. Choosing to identify the good and honour it. Choosing to release fear and stand in your power. Choosing to recognise your capability as the creator of your own reality enables you to stand up and claim your life and your experiences.
I have created a series of Guided Meditations to support this transition from 2020 to 2021. They offer the opportunity to complete that which has been, honour your experiences through gratitude, bring in the energy of rejuvenation, so you are not drained and then open the energetic opportunities for 2021.
