Sometimes we can become so familiar with a way of doing things that we are unable to see any other way. At times we can perceive our regular situations, people or events as frustrating…..but it is often us that sustain the paradigm.

We can be so familiar with the old routine or story that the repetition of it in our head, or the body memory surfacing through old familiar actions, continues to play out, making us feel trapped or unable to change the situation.

Every single one of us has the ability to change. We are ultimate creators. We can not help but create……therefore, we can create a new scenario….a new story, a new play to be played out.

Even when we don’t know what the new match play will look like, we can simply open to receive new opportunities.
